It was already Monday and Pixel suspected that her Minecraft launcher was corrupt again because a window would pop up, then disappear quickly. "Just great." she said sarcastically while downing a handful of Cheetos from her orange fingers. She asked her mom for more RAM because troubleshooting anything on her piece of junk PC was nearly impossible. At this point, Pixel could only fantasize as she plopped on her bed and wondered why pumpkins only appear in patches of grassy biomes. Then she remembered that grandpa gave her two twenties for Halloween last week (don't ask- it was an old tradition that even Pixel can't remember the reason), and so she jumped up and begged her mother to take her to Best Buy for new DDR4 memory. Later that afternoon, she slammed in the new shiny 8Gb slugs and proceeded to run CCleaner to get rid of stale cookies and empty the recycle bin. The suspense was killing her... for it was at that moment that she realized her addiction- nothing mattered because she knew that picking flowers, cave exploring and pumpkin carving could be easily accomplished in a 20 minute Minecraft day. ~ 12" x 12" watercolor and ink
